Waking Up the Workplace

This is a free interview series exploring the cutting edge of “conscious business” with international thought leaders and pioneers, such as Fred Kofman (on June 16th), Otto Scharmer, Tony Schwartz, Bill Torbert and many others.

The question at the heart of this series is: What if we saw business, not only as a means for trade and profit, but as a vehicle for transforming how we live and work together?

The series was kicked off on March 17th with Brian Johnson and will run weekly until the end of June. Some of the insights from the conversations so far include:

  • Consciousness is our greatest asset (Brian Johnson)
  • There's an inner energy crisis that reflects the outer energy crisis (Tony Schwartz)
  • Work is not a matter of 'working hard', but of being 'well-used by reality' (Brian Robertson)
  • A conscious business has purpose, creates ecosystems value, and needs both conscious leadership and conscious culture (Jeff Klein)
