Axialent Faculty Network Member
We are expanding our consulting services with first class clients world-wide. In order to respond to our clients’ growing needs, we are looking for Consultants based in Continental Europe and the UK that can provide project-based support to Axialent in a number of languages.
Due to the success of on-going projects, and the potential to expand this work, we are specifically focusing on identifying candidates that have teaching and coaching experience, and can deliver in two or more languages, including English.
Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to develop and sustain long-lasting and trusting relationships with C-Level executives through one-on-one coaching, breakout group facilitation and leading workshops for these teams. In addition, an Axialent Faculty Network Member [AFNM] is expected to work closely with other AFNMs and Axialent consultants, promoting teamwork and collaboration, while adding value to both the growth of our clients and our projects.
Experience
- A university background including a combination of Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology or Sociology.
- At least 5 years experience working in international consulting or similar.
- Alternatively, 5 years experience holding a senior management and/or human resources position within a large organization.

- Client Impact/Project Management: The candidate will be able to deliver high impact projects as measured by superior client satisfaction and enduring client relationships shaping their own style to different client settings.
- Cultural and Professional Fit: By learning and integrating our philosophy, the candidate should be able to establish themselves and gain respect within Axialent, a highly virtual, decentralized, international organization, with consultants committed to very high professional and personal standards.
- Coaching: Extensive experience coaching mid to senior level employees in medium/large companies. Accredited and certified by international coaching organizations preferred.
- Facilitating: Extensive experience presenting to small audiences, supporting breakout facilitation in workshops and contributing to the learning process of mid to senior level employees in medium/large companies.
- Teaching: Extensive experience presenting to audiences of all sizes, leading structure and diffusion of content, and using pedagogical techniques to ensure the learning process of mid to senior level employees.
- Languages: Fluent in the language needed for each identified project. Fluent in English [all internal trainings and materials are in English]. A third or fourth language – fluent and able to deliver – is preferred.
- Additional Certifications and Diagnostic Tools: Preferred experience applying and interpreting individual or organizational assessment tools such as the LSI/OCI, MBTI, DISC, etc.
