Our consultants have a wide variety of backgrounds and profiles. At the core, there are some distinctive elements that make us a team.

These are some of the things we look for in candidates.

  • A passion for personal development and for supporting others along their path, combined with in-depth understanding of the strategic issues that drive a business. Ability to integrate the apparent polarity between business and personal development.
  • Very open to learning new set of skills that will challenge your view of the world; curious, humble and constantly asking yourself what you need to shift personally to be of more service to clients and colleagues.
  • High-achiever, extremely supportive of colleagues, adaptable to work in a constantly changing and virtual environment, willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done to high standards of detail and quality.
  • University background including a combination of Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy, Anthropology or other social science fields. Postgraduate or masters level work preferred in Organizational Development and Change Management.
  • Experience working in international consulting as consultant, facilitator, teacher and/or coach. For Senior Principal and Partner positions, strong business development skills and an extensive network of senior level contacts across a specific market.
  • Alternatively, experience holding a senior management, human resources and/or organizational development position within a large organization.
  • Fully fluent in English. A second language is desirable.
